ACE New Zealand Conference, 1-2 September 2022, Rotorua

Big thinking for better business

Explore the challenges and opportunities that professional services consultants face in these uncertain times and take home practical business solutions to apply in your firm.

Kia ora,

To do better business, we need big thinking. Our professional services consultants throughout Aotearoa are operating in an environment of uncertainty as we navigate the challenges of local government reforms, skills shortages, COVID-19, disruptive technologies and environmental change.

We need to think carefully about the future of work – how to create a first-class consulting experience, engage authentically, develop our workforce, lead productive teams, deliver on climate change and sustainability commitments, and harness technology to work smarter, not harder.

While we've been forced to rethink how we do business as usual, we also need to think about what our mahi looks like in the years ahead.

We need to lift our game as a sector, and that means reconnecting face-to-face, being in the same room as one another, coming out of our silos and making new connections to shift our focus to the future.

The 2022 ACE New Zealand conference will explore the challenges and opportunities that professional services consultants face in these uncertain times and provide practical business solutions that can be applied in small, medium and large firms.

You will hear from innovative and inspiring speakers who will offer local and global perspectives on the issues we face, allowing us to think about the future of work with a broader lens.

We encourage you to take this time to work on your business, not in your business, in a collaborative space surrounded by leaders who are delivering critical technology, construction, infrastructure and environmental solutions for Aotearoa.

Rotorua is a remarkable location where we will be surrounded by natural beauty, thriving industries and manaakitanga – we hope to see you there.
